- August and September: Full choice of dates. Time for fully custom creative: branded covers, custom green screen scenes, themed props. This is when the organized planners lock in.
- October: Weekend dates in the Bay Area start disappearing. Still good availability on weeknights and early-December dates.
- November: We're usually down to a handful of open December dates. Custom creative gets tighter but is still doable.
- December: Occasionally a date opens up. Worth asking, but don't count on it.
